How high do they go above the swingarm? And how far forward of the axle do they mount?
Again, a picture would be helpful.
You will need clearance for the swingarm to go it's full travel and the bags to clear the plate mounting hardware and not cover up the plate as viewed from the rear.
This might not be achievable with what you have.
On the other hand, a lay down license plate mounted on the rear fender would allow you to use whatever bags or luggage you wanted to use. That's the route I took.
