I have a narrow glide front end and want to get apes on it. Just wanted to see who was running narrow apes and who was running wide/normal width apes. thinking about 14" with stock risers. Let me see pictures too.
Cut the guy some slack. Yeah the search button is there but it ain't the greatest pal. Most of the time you have to enter what you want into google plus hdforums to even come close to finding what you want. You took the time to post that smart *** reply so you definitely could've posted an intelligent response to the guy's question. That's what this forum is for isn't it?

I'm not running apes bud but if I was I would want them narrow for better control.
Here you go bud, 12" road6customs narrow. They bolted right in, no splicing or anything. I paid 125 bucks for these direct from road6customs, powdercoated black, cant beat that. check out my gallery for more pics
imo, the width should match your tree width.
Too big looks outta place, and too small just dont cut it.
again, jmo...
.......
I'm referring to the bottom of the bars, if they are wider than the trees it just doesnt look right imo. Width and pullback at grips is a matter of personal comfort.
