MX-Tbars from Westcoast Tbars. Mine are custom though, they are 9" overall rise, so they have 7" risers instead of 8". Basically their 10" bars with 1" chopped off the riser.

Your bike looks great man..
I am actually looking for pictures of someone that had the threaded bungs welded on to allow the FXDX dash with the Tach/ Speedo combo mounted up high.
You can just buy the mount from accutronix. No welding needed. Mine are mounted up high and look like mouse ears at the tip of the bars. I actually like them down lower, but they interfere with my detachable windshield.

Thanks for the info.. Ultimately I would like to have the tach/ speedo sit right behind the fairing I select ( suggestions appreciated here ) about 1-2 inches under the windscreen on the OEM tach/ speedo bracket so I can retain the indicator lights within the factory mount.
I went through your album and was able to see a couple of views but they were at a bit of a distance so I couldnt make out the details very well.
Good Apollo .... How are you liking the wrist angle of the MX style T Bars? I think you nailed the height on those bars. They sure do look nice and functional at that height. I am thinking the MX T Bars may be a bit more optimal for me as well so I can have a better view of my gauges while still retaining proper height needed to keep my back straight.
How tall are you? I measured last night and it looks like 10 inchers seem to be where I need the overall rise to be. I need to find a decent solo seat first because the stock seat is too low and far forward for me. Then I will recheck my bar height selection.
Thank You for your time and assistance here fellas. Much Appreciated.

The wrist angle is perfect, keeps the wrists in a neutral position with no bend, very comfy. I think if you plan on putting the gauges on the bars, MX bars will be better especially with a fairing, the low spot in the middle will tuck them down nicely behind the fairing to avoid the mickey mouse look. I would have done the same, but I got a really good deal on the FXDL tank and I was changing colors on my bike, so I figured why not.
I am tall, 6'3" I think the 10" would have worked fine as well, but I sat on the bike and held my hands and arms in a neutral position and had the GF take some rough measurements, lol. It was about 9.5" so I just went with 9" since at the time I am not running a fairing and the bike would look weird I think with really tall risers. This is also why I like the MX bars, the risers are shorter while still giving you a taller hand position. I probably will go with the small windscreen cowl fairing this winter. I used to run street slammers and they did not work for me since I am so tall, hunched over the whole time.
It took about 3 weeks for me to get my bars since they were a custom order. They did not charge me any extra, same price as the 10"
The bracket allows you to use the oem bracket with the blinkers. You can raise or lower it up and down the bars depending on what height you like. I lowered mine down since the photos in the album. it sits nicely behind my small windshield.

I am 6ft tall and I have definitely decided on using the MX Style Westcoast Bars. I am on the fence about a quarter fairing though as I really like the no frills look of your bike. I need the tach though because it runs through the gears real quick with the S&S 510 Geardrive cams, and Thunderheader. I am thinking of adding a shift light also.

Thats a nice looking bracket. I really like the adjustability of that setup. Thanks for taking the time to post pics for me.
Bars look great; you're right about the height on the MX T-Bars. I am 6' 3" with long arms, I have 10" bars..they fit perfect for me. Scott informed me 12's would be fine too, but I just didn't really know so I stayed the course on my decision to go with 10's. Man, they feel great for me.
