Not much information on grips out there surprisingly.
Yes there are alot of funky shiny ones in all sorts of styles. I don't care about that.
What do those of you that do long-distance riding use for handlebar grips? Stock ones seems hard and the Kury Iso ones are actually terrible. Any other suggestions? Preferably without the vertical ribs of the Kury ones?
On my old bike I had grips that got to a larger diameter in the middle, and they were super comfy. Really am looking for another set of something like that.
I wasn't a fan of the Kury Iso's either, but Kury does have the Transformer line that may interest you. I picked those up and also added the Throttle Bosses. Made a 4400+ mile run a few weeks ago, never once a cramp or sore hands/fingers.
I have the Performance Machine Contour XL on my Night Train. I like them because they are fatter than stock, so you don't have your hand closed in as tight a circle.
Look up sac grips they are real lthick comfy leather grips with
