Accutronix dual gauge Tbar adapter keeps my stock display and gauges.
My indie bike shops attention to detail was not very high. I freed up some wire from the harness inside the frame and was able to move the gauges all the way up to the top. Gonna try to diy internal wiring next.

11" risers with ProTapers. I put some polyurethane bushings since the stock rubber ones had about 1/4" of play. Did internal wiring and flipped the speedo/tach.
