Looks great! Nice job so far! Like was already said though... you're never really DONE!
I know it's never really done. I was more talking about this weeks round of projects. I did the rear shocks, front drop-in springs, shorter kickstand, and those bars since Monday. Well worth the effort, but the bars were definitely a lot of work. 14" Santee bars with a 1" Loner Industries riser setup under it. Internally wired.
Couple other quick notes....those Progressive drop-in springs are ridiculously easy to install. Literally less than 15 minutes. Also, just looked at the picture again and saw my helmet...it's a Licks NovDot. AWESOME helmet.
great job thanks for sharing! planning to add other mods in the future?
I'm sure there will be little things here and there, but my to-do list has come to an end. The only thing I can think of right now is that I need to do something about mirrors, pretty sure I gotta have them to ride around on base.
Very nice looking. Yup, your going to need mirrors on the base (retired military). I personally wouldn't ride without them. I would also be real careful about the belt guard that is no longer guarding your belt from debris or a passenger's clothing.
I dig it!! Kinda resembles mines!!! What kind of seat do you have it? and does the B**#ch pad pop off?
Oh yea more pics too!!!
Mustang Tripper Solo and pillion (this seat KILLS the stocker). The sissy bar and pad can come off in 60 seconds. I'll get more pictures with a proper camera ASAP.
Just realized there is a better pic of the seat in my avatar pic.
