You might consider the Ricor shocks...

They will build the shocks for her weight and riding style and they are top quality and hand-adjustable. Besides that they look great!
I have them on my bike and the Ricors changed it into a very, very good handling and comfortable ride.

I had considered them...Until i saw the price.....Just not able to shell out over 600 for a set of shocks.....
