LS2 Helmets
I was at the dealer this week looking at a new helmet and saw a new brand -- LS2. It's a full face flip up with some neat features. They are asking $225 but I found it online for $175. Anyone here have one of these helmets? Can you give us a review?
One of the nice features is a built in piece of fabric that extends from the bottom front of the chin area backward toward your chin that is designed to reduce the wind buffet caused by wind trying to enter the helmet from below. Does it work? I don't know, would like to hear from someone who owns the helmet before committing.

I don't have the helmet in question, but I do own the Scorpion EXO 900 and use it mostly during the winter. It also have the extra chin extention that you are refering to and it helps allot to keep the cold air out of the helmet. This is my first full face helmet so I can't compare it to others, but IMO it is a great helmet and the cost is about the same as the one you are looking at. Another feature the helmat has is a built in location that would allow you to add a head set of some kind. Also, it has a built in flip down visor and the flip down can be removed and the helmet come with a 3/4 (look) attachment so the hardware isn't visiable when the chin part is removed.
Sorry I couldn't help you with the helmet in question, but I hope the comparision help a little.
