How about on a gloss black bike with a silver motor? Gloss black or wrinkle black rocker covers?
good Q, i'd say gloss over wrinkle. but maybe silver wrinkle would be neat on em... dont know if thats available, but i bet JOE the powder pro would know and could do it!
09 Street Baob. It came with the completely blacked out jugs, but ugly *** gray motor. I painted the motor with heat black and bought the HD wrinkle black rocker box covers as well as the primary and trans covers.
I love the look.

Actually one of my favorite looks for the motors are a silver motor with gloss black upper and lower rockers, cam, trans, and outer primary covers. I think the contrast of gloss black and silver looks great especially if the bike has some other contrast cut parts on it.
I actually don't dislike the silver motor. How's that for a glowing endorsment?...lol. I believe for it to look good you need some black complimentary parts though. IMHO...

Gloss if you are going to replace the cam, trans, and outer primary covers in gloss. Wrinkle if not. In my opinion the rocker, cam, trans, and primary covers should all match.
