As stated in the service manual for 2010 Street Bob, If its the same...
Drive Belt Deflection with motorcycle on jiffy stand without rider or luggage
1/4 -5/16 IN.
6.4-7.9 MM
Vehicle upright with rear wheel in air
5/16-3/8 IN
7.9-9.5 MM

Might want to get you a gage. Amazon had them 24.99 with free shipping. Motion Pro . Clone of Harley's but well made. Ran mine for 40K thinking I had it right but chrome went thru my rear sprocket. Some people say it should last 100K.
