there is no place to route the breathers? so they are venting to the air. noticed some light grey smoke from the cleaner today and realize its the breathers just doin there job. but since its vented to the atmosphere I smell it.
What did I do wrong on install. how can i fix this?

If it is the correct air filter for your bike, there should be two holes for the breather tubes to go into. Can you post a picture of what it looks like?
Here's a piccie of the Fuelmoto A/C from their site:
They say its an SE backplate, which means that if its installed correctly the breathers port output is fed up the hollow bolts and into the tubes cast into the backplate and out the holes near the carb/throttle-body intake i.e. not to the air.
ya im a dummy. the black tubes connect to were they were before and are routed into the air filter. you do that before you put the filter on. not after. thats why i couldnt see a location for the breather tubes to go. it was also dark out and with minimal instructions. daylight does wonders.
lol but now i have ripped a breather tube. used the stock tube and cut the fuel moto one so it pushes the stock tube in palce. works for now. need another tube from fuel moto

well its the stock tubing that was originally there before the filter and backing plate change. so it still grabs just like it did before i took it off. i ripped the fuel moto tube not the stock one. i just shoved the fuel moto grommet in there for some extra support. more so it was a tight seal, plus the filter also holds the lines down in place.
but truthfully I didn't even think of it coming loose enough the go into the combustion chamber.
