i just modified the brackets that came with the fairing. i can say now after putting some miles on it with the fairing that it definately needs some extra support. ill take some more pics of the mounts today and my rk police bags i just finished putting on

That looks great fxdc rider, thanks for posting the pics and video. I'm planning to pull the trigger on the same reckless fairing in about a month, just waiting for my tax return. Do you happen to have any pictures of the brackets that came with it?

Why do you think it needs extra support.

i chopped up the brackets it came with bu they just look like a big letter P when u get them. i just cut off the long vertical part and discarded it. i ended up using an extra set of kury turn sig mounts under the top and bottom quick release clams to keep the fairing from sliding down on the forks from the vibration and it helps to get it back on straight when i remove it. the quik disco clamps were never designed to hold up 30lb fairing. so far its held up but i like it so much i might jus re-do the mounts and use my kury bolt on clamps instead.

ok so here are some pics of the bags on it now that i finally got them done.

this is more of a straight on shot to show how much they actually stick out past the back of the bike

and here is a close up of the mounts for the fairing and how the rest on the kury clamps to keep the fairing from sliding down the forks
