It may seem like a dumb question but have you checked your tire pressure?. I had the same thing happen to me once, felt like a hinge in the middle of the bike, it turned out my front tire pressure was low.

Hey guys,

Since we spoke last time, I have checked and tightened the head bearing , the wheel was way out of balance, tyre pressures were checked. Replaced lowered shocks to standard, and the problem is still there. Front end wobbles, not a happy camper.

Hey Guys, Since my last post I've replaced both tyres, with new ones, balanced the wheels, and the problem still exists. I gave my friend a ride on the weekend and he experienced the same problems as I did, thought a different rider might have different effects, I was told that cause I am a light person I would feel it more than heavier riders, He told me it feels as if the front is not holding the road, "the front end tends to float on the road", was his quote.

I am taking it back to the stealers agian, I think it's getting it's 3rd visit for this problem, they tend to keep brushing me off to one side, might have to take the matter further.

Could it be front end suspension, also I had the swing arm replaced from factory with a chrome one, could the bearing in that be shagged and is causing this.
