Rear tire change problem

Alignment problem
The longer spacer is on the left side as you sit on the bike. Its not a spacer problem. Its got to be the caliper. I looked last night and like it is you cant put the bolts back in without it hitting the spring looking plate on the inside. I'm still trying to figure it out.

So now I know where I went wrong. When I was taking it apart I didnt know that the caliper rested on a bracket on the swing arm so when I read that you needed to remove the caliper I loosened the three bolts that hold the two halves together. Brake fluid started coming out and I realized it was a mistake and tightened it back up.
Thats where My problems started. when it was loose theirs a spring plate at the top which fell between the two halves and was locked in. Thats the reason it wouldnt sit down far enough to line back with the axle.
