Default mrnone, geez how can anyone follow that?

I'll try but before I do: '59 caddy taillights? lol.. what, no edsel front end though? why stop there and where's the tow-behind spa?
congrats on the progressives gig ^5's

Ok, here's mine:
Done stuff:
Chrome sliders
12.5" chubby apes internally wired (shoulder f**kers)
performance machine grips (really like these)
stainless braided cables
kuryakin flip blade highway pegs
relocated front turn signals w/smoked lenses, yellow/amber bulbs and visors
rear brake module that turns blinkers into stop lights, red lenses, visors
new detach hardware and plates (thank you none for installing and coaching)
used sissy bar (bought from none)
sissy bar pad (thank you HD for sticking it to me again for another $75!)
bassani exhaust system(s) (will have chrome and black, have chrome so far)
C&C sport tour seat (took back today)
Tried to steal none's tour pak and he caught me I shoulda been a running back instead of middle linebacker...shoot

clothes and gear: new jacket, gloves, helmet and vest for me...for the ol lady: jacket, purse, shoes, gloves, helmet and who knows what else she got on her own?

To do
Tour seat that moves me back 2" w/drivers backrest and pillion, leather
tour pack mounted on sliding rack so I can lean on it and accommodate mama
floor board extensions
K&N filter
power commander
map/dyno by micky cohen motorsports only
paint tins/tank with either diamond flake black panels overlaid on my red or that gorgeous deep burgundy that's on the ultra's (don't know the name) maybe pinstriping too, then clear coat the whole thing
maybe/maybe not... new bars from bukybars if new seat doesn't work right
a windshield tall enough so that it doesn't make my moustache stand straight out (but getting lots of offers from female passer-bys..so maybe not)
'73 volkswagen tail lights
a baby's-arm-holding-an-apple sissy bar, for variety

...well, that's about it

ok
so almost every mod I have done has been reversed to send to progressive a "STOCK" bike.
relocaTING THE BLINKERS BACK WHERE THEY CAME FROM WAS A BIATCH.
at the time I modded them I couldn't think of one reason in the world why I would ever put them back up there by the grips...

didn't think about free stuff

hope they don't hate my solo seat cuz my stockers been sent to Arkansas.

good times.

I will take pics all the way through putting it all back on this time and try to explain what I am doing and correct all the "wish I would haves" along the way.
give everyone a first hand evaluation of the progs vs stock

cheers

Mods, not really, but add ons, yeah, I can do that...
HD quick detachable sissy bar and rack (directions on docking fail to mention spacers you need to reuse)
HD windshield bag
Kurakyn mini floor boards with 1.5 inch extension for GF

Coming soon...
Heated nostaligic grips - thick gloves stink and still don't get the job done
Signature 2 up seat with driver backrest
Power plug for recharging cell and compact air pump
Black crash bars

Wish list...
Bars that fit our smaller saddlebag lids - PLEASE Harley or someone!

I'm hoping to have my bike back from the dealer by this weekend with the mods done to the engine and I'll post a list of what they've done. They will supply me with before and after dyno specs and I'm making before and after videos of the bike to show the difference in sound. I just haven't found a way to post videos on here.

Not a big fan of the FLD, but this is the best one I have seen so far for what I feel it's intent should be.

Just curious why you are going to relocate the smog canister vs. removing it completely. They are only on CA bikes. Mine had one and was gone the first week I owned it.
