FXDF - Risers and Headlight finished... Fairing Now?
Thanks to all of you for the guidance regarding the risers and Fatboy headlight. As of today it's all done and was out for my first ride. Loved it! The 9.5" risers and broomstick bar make a huge difference in comfort and I really like the feel of having my hands up higher.
Now I'm thinking about putting a quarter fairing on it but can I do that with the 7" light? Anybody ever finagled a way to do that? Thanks!

*yes I said previously the headlight would be the last mod for awhile. So if anybody asks the fairing is part of the headlight. Yeah... That sounds good.

As promised here is a pic of the recent work done to the Bob. 9.5" risers with a broomstick handlebar, plus the 7" Fatboy headlight. The other simple changes were the Brawler solo seat, black diamond grips and pegs, and a wrinkle black derby cover. It's really starting to feel like MY bike now. Save a few more minor cosmetic changes that will be the last of the mods for awhile. Plenty of time to think about whats next! Thanks again to those who helped answer some questions to get these done!
Love the risers where did you find 9.5 inch straight risers all I can find at that length is pull back. Also 7 inch is a pretty common headlight size for old metric standards should be a ton of fairing options in that size check Rifle. http://rifle.com/Fairings-C554.aspx

I ordered the risers from the Harley shop but off hand I don't have the part number or company. If you'd like to know I can give them a call and get that info for you. PM me if you ant to know and I'll track that down.
Thanks for the heads up on the fairing. I'm going to keep looking into it.
