Great job man. Family is important. My dad lives in a different state than me so i dont get to see him often. This just makes me want to take a ride and meet up with him.
Great pictures and it helps to warm me up since I still have another three months of Michigan winter to go through before any weather like that has a chance to come around. I'm jealous!!
Great pics Jaron, being able to ride with the ol man has to be awesome. Thanks for the inspiration.
My son and I use to ride dirt bikes together when he was younger, he bought his first HD last month, we are both looking forward to our first ride together, hopefully next summer.
This Summer while at the Rock Store one of Our Bikes Broke down. Had to call aTow Truck and it didn't get there until 10 at Night. When the Store closed about 6p/m they left us a Pot of Coffee, and made sure We had help Comming. Good People.
That's awesome!!

You should. I live in WA and see my parents once, maybe twice a year. My wife's father passed away and we had to bring Christmas south. Loaded up the enclosed trailer with the Christmas presents (we weren't planning on heading down for Christmas) and thought since parents are next on the list I need to get this ride out of the way with my dad. Hopefully we can do this every year.

For the riding it would be great to live down here. Especially in the winter.

It will be great. It's definitely a good trip for my family. My dad has a big smile on his face because he's riding with me and my younger brother bought his first vehicle 08 Tahoe. It makes him proud to see we are doing better then him when he was our ages. Of course spending time with his 2 grandkids (my daughters) always adds to the smile.
Thanks guys!! Family tradition, hopefully. I gotta buy me a diesel truck because with the wife, 2 kids and 3 dogs I take to visit the family I'll be trailering the bike down. 8 mpg in my Escalade is just not the part I'll look forward too. Oh and my dad wants me to try and get stationed just north of Malibu, but I just don't think I can live in cali again!! But the riding would be great.
.....I just got the official snake pics and replaced them above. He's definitely got a great camera.
JaronB i totaly understand this... My Wifes family lives in Missoula, so our ritual is to pack up the kids, our two Lab's in our Expedition and drive from portland to Missoula every summer for two weeks. When i started riding again, i help her pack, she takes the freeway, and i ride the back roads. takes me 3 or 4 days to get there, but i have way more fun. Last year my 15 year old daughter decided she wanted to ride with me... went thru eastern oregon, southern idaho, the sawtooth mtns... was soo much fun... just can't bring my self to put bike on trailer. when/if your kids are old enough to share the ride, taking them along on the bike makes some amazing memories...
