You guys do realize he does not have to confine his search to 2006 tanks?
For instance, I run an 08 FXD tank on my 05 FXDWG, the tanks at least back to 01 will bolt on any newer Dyna, regardless of year or model.
Also EFI and carb tanks are identical, only difference being the guts and petcock.

I just forgot they made a drastic change to the FXDC in 07.

Thanks for all the great info!

I scored a 06 FXDB tank off eBay.

Now to decide what kind of custom wrapper fender will work on FXDL 19" wheel and fork legs with the vertical bolt pattern.
