I did this same install about a week ago and am wondering why take out the battery box...per instruction I located the stock ECM connection with the new PCV connection just in front of the frame and zip tied it there... I really don't much care for this location but that's all I could figure out to work... If I go back and remove the battery box would I be able to fit it under the seat? And be able to reinstall the battery box?
UPDATE: Fuel Moto did not send the wrong PCV. It was a part # cross reference issue at the install shop.
I've got a Fat Bob that I'd installed Rush 2" Slip-ons, a Fuel Moto Stage 1 A/C. I rode the bike to the shop yesterday without the PCV installed. The bike rode ok with no ill effects. Today I picked up the bike after they installed the PCV. Night and day difference in how the bike rode. Much crisper throttle response. Lot's of seat of the pants torque. Pant leg felt much cooler.
