FXDC Chrome Headlight Bucket
I'm looking to replace the black headlight bucket on my 2012 FXDC to a chrome one. I asked the dealer and they wanted $170 just for the bucket.....yeah right....I'm not looking to change out the whole thing if I can keep from it, just the bucket itself. Any idea's??? Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

i picked up the 7 inch monster in my sig pic from Dennis kirk for 169.00 at the time.
correction, I got it from Phat performance parts for 169 bucks. Part number PPP-HL004 on their website.

I know you state you are not looking to swap out the entire headlight but I went for one of these:

Looks good, easy to fit and unlike the $250 billet headlight I bought from V-twin mfg, the chrome won't flake off after 6 months.
You will never know it's plastic unless you tap it..

I had my stock 2011 FXDC bucket chromed. Came out way nice. $50. Also had them do the trees and the lamp mounting block. Am running the polyurethane bushings in the handlebars. I am a fan of chrome. Next is the Sterling Chromite cables. Here are some pics.
