Yep you can use the stock spokes. The lacing changes to 3 over 1 instead of the 4 over one on the stock rim. I have mine laced with this pattern and haven't had any issues.

+2 I'm running the same rim with the 120/70-21. The link you first referenced was referring to the jireh rim. That's the only rim we know for sure that works with the stock hub and spokes.
My only question would be if that works with the wide glide hub and spokes?? You may have to try the ride wright wheels. You would have to measure the drop center diameter.
