Default Dumb Maintenance Question

Hi;
The HD facoty maintenance schedule goes up to 10k I understand. After that, do you just repeat the cycle or is there further info buried somewhere with the parent company? Thanks in advance, take care.

Do you have the service manual?

Owners Manual outlines a complete service schedule, i.e., when and what.

if you don't have the manual, you can check online using your VIN.

Just checked mine on there, goes up to 25k then it would appear that it repeats from the 5k mark. I've also created a "preflight" checklist that I go over after I ride.

So wouldn't that make it a post-flight checklist?

Not to steal this thread but if you don't ride 5000K in a year do you still change the oil. I am running synthetic HD oil.
