Mini Toolbox Essentials
Ahh, the 30sf. How is that for distances over 100 yards? I was given a military .45 as a sidearm when I was in the service and that thing was total crap. It shot like my drive on the golf course, I aim forward and the guy to my right falls over. Always stayed away from .45's after that, but know there's lots of good ones out there.
I ended up getting a colt trouper mark III .357 mag because I could use .38 special rounds in it (the chopper pilots carried those, so I had access to ammo) and man, THAT was one straight shooter! Fired tracers in it just to watch the trajectory, lol... phenomenal accuracy. Wish i still had it.

Hey grant. check out this .45. My bud used to love that thing, that's him in the forefront and that was his weapon of choice believe it or not. It's the old greasegun, cost about $7.50 to make. The breach would flip open and the bolt had a finger hole in it that you pulled back to **** it. Sure put out some serious lead in thick bush though...when he could keep it firing that is. As you can see, I went for a little larger bore on mine...hehe

I loved the grease gun when I was able to carry it, simple and great close quarters weapon.
Cell phone and a credit card for me, maybe a multitool. The few times that I have needed anything SE I just pull into one of tha many auto parts chains that have loaner tools and borrow what I need.
Personally, my fav. was the 204 over/under m16/m79 (got hold of one of those in early '71 when they first issued them out) and of course, my colt. I kept BB rounds in the 79 and by then we also started getting some 30 round bananas for the 16. so that was nice piece. Also I carried a sawed off single shot 12 gauge that was about 8-12" long, looked like a pirate gun. I kept that in the top flap of my ruck, just in case. To top all that off, I carried 30 pounds of c4 too because I was a demo man. LOL, hey we all can't live forever, eh?
What year were there bro?
Heavy little sucker wasn't it? You are right though, close quarters would shoot right through grips of bamboo. He had lots of challenges with the mags. The gun worked fine, but those mags were always getting hung up. About the only gun oil we had reg. access to was SLA, you remember that stuff? LOL guerrilla snot. So his mags were always all gummed up. It was good to hear him working it though when it was firing.

Ahh, so the 8541 connection, cool. I think if I was to add military numbers to my handle it would have to be: Article 15. LOL, got plenty of those...
203, 204...I don't remember. It had two barrels was all I needed to know. One went rat-tat-tat and the other went: plunk...wait for it, ka-boom!

These come in handy. Obviously only need the standard and torx.
