I have to agree. The original look went more with the rat bike theme. Now it's getting too busy.

Hey DCLXVI.... very interesting side note. Well, probably not interesting to you since you know already it. I am off work this week and am bored stiff, so in my boredom, I was noticing your screen name. Being a Lawyer and knowing just a touch of Latin, it struck me funny as hell what your screen name translates too. Then just for fun I ran those numbers through the Virginia personalized license plate availability website. Much to my surprise, no one in VA has ever claimed those letters, and they are available for any one who wants them. Hummmmm.........

Nice bike, and I would consider doing something like that to my '01 Super Glide in the future. I copied one of your pictures for inspiration.
This thread made me reminisce about some of the military containers that might work on a bike.

I think I just found the answer to FLD bag problem.

what do you think C?

Wow! I've never seen anything like those and I'm sure they could be used by somebody that has the talent and skill to make them work on a bike.

Dude, I was totally kidding. I remember those containers from a thanksgiving when i was in Nam. they actually flew us out a turkey dinner in them from the mess hall back in the rear that day. Blew us away. Our first sergeant was a class act, tough bastard, but took care of us.

The ammo can pics that green guy posted made me think of them. But really, I only posted for a laugh.

Yeah, they are just the Roman numerals for six hundred and sixty six (666). That just cracked me up.
