Default Voltage Sensor - good idea?

If you've ever had problems with your charging system do you think this would be a good product? Price seems fairly reasonable at $59.00

Where would you mount it?

I 've been using a battery /charge monitor from Kuryakyn for many, many years. Two wires one ground and one spliced to a running light circuit. Easily mounted on the backside of the front master cylinder so that they operator can see it. Shows voltage in the electrical circuit but not amperage. They (2) have been very dependable.

The idea is sound, but not on my bike. As stated were would you put it? You might be able to incorporate it in the Road Glide fairing but on your Dyna I just don't see where it would go without looking out of place.....

A simple voltmeter or ammeter would serve the same purpose if you really feel you need it. They'd look better (imo) and can be mounted right to your bars with a U-bracket, and tied in to your headlight wiring.
