Wink Seat strap
What do you guys think about removing the seat strap on a stock Superglide seat? Seems to me it serves no other purpose than to give you one more hold down device. I mean with the seat securely mounted under the fuel tank and the back screw fastened tightly I would think that would be enough. For a rear passenger to use it to hold on they would have to be as skinny as a toothpick. I have fairly large hands and it really makes taking the seat off a pain in the posterior.

First time any of my seats came off, so did the straps.

Take it off. It was a pain in the azz to take the seat on and off with it

I agree....take it off, it is useless and it looks better without it.
