NEW mini floor boards from HD
went to my dealer this AM to check out the new mini floorboards
they just came out with, unfortunately they only had the 3" in stock
but i took them over to the fld to hold up for the passenger and they
look great but a bit small for what i wanted so i went ahead and paid for a set of 4"s which should be in by tuesday...

I wonder what they mean when it says "adds vibration isolation"
I can't tell if they are they rubber isolated like the touring floorboards.
Time for a dealer visit.
Don't you already have rubber isolation floorboards on your Switchback?

doesnt like so i opted to go with these, i assume the vibration isolation
is the thick rubber pads. they are pretty beefy

Yea, my dealer didn't have them in stock yet either but he concluded that they are a thick rubber foot piece without any iso mount like the baggers have. A nice improvemt over the pegs IMO.

did the wife have any issues of back of calf rubbing top of bags with the original pegs?

all she mentioned was the pegs buggin her feet so if she did have issues she didnt mention it to me , YET.... either way she is really looking forward to me healing up and spring coming which is GREAT because i havent owned a bike she has wanted to ride on in quite some time.
