They come from a kit p/n 49080-06A.
Here's a link to the Instruction Sheets for this kit.
If you click this link and scroll down to page 5 you'll find a parts diagram and their p/n's.
You could check Ebay or salvage companies. Last resort would be buy new from the dealer's.
Heres a factory new set on ebay. I wish I would have went this route as I bought the aftermarket V-Twin stuff. Within two years they rattle and are loose. The extra money for the MOCO controls would have been money well spent, and thats hard for me to say as I almost ALWAYS try to buy non MOCO parts when possible.

49080-06A This is the chrome forward controls I purchased from Harley. Bit expensive ($370) but they work and fit great. You can get them 20% off ($296) at the discount online Harley dealers such as Hale's Harley or Lakeshore Harley.
thanks alot man! you helped alot with the pictures of your's-i think i''l just go with the whole damn kit instead of trying to find the individual parts-the way it looks-by buying the parts i want to replace will cost close to what a new kit will be anyway-with the discount. thanks again ! Bike looks great BTW !!
