If I may, I wanted to follow up with another observation. Like I said earlier..... the bike is cool as can be. When I took a closer look at the detail in the paint something struck me. Decades ago custom engraving of the chrome parts was quite the rage on show bikes. Especially in the 70's. And for some reason your bike seems to remind me of bikes that looked spectacular if some of the chrome had custom engraving. I don't really know why and I'm not suggesting you run out and dump a pile of your cash on engraving. I just wanted to share an observation I had while I sit at home, waiting for my project to start back up so I can get back to work.
i was thinking the same thing , i decided not to say anything because unless this was all paid for by insurance money i bet Juicy's wallet needs a break
anyway i think some engraving in the chrome bits to match the paint would turn this from a best in class winner to a best in show winner . the bike is that nice and that different i think you'd walk away from contests with a handful of trophies . or just ride the heck out of it
I finished machining Juicys Shifter linkage yesterday. I designed it to match her paint job. Still have to press swivel bearings in after it gets chromed. I think it turned out pretty good.
