i have the black trackers, thus my vote goes to them. they are great shocks and the company was a pleasure to do business with. i cant comment on the progressives, never tried them. but i can tell you, if you choose works, you wont be disappointed.
I was originally leaning towards the black trackers but something is drawing me towards the 970's.....maybe because they would break up all the black on the bike or maybe because they sound more adjustable...idk...
I actually have the same dilemma, but have the Ricors in the mix. Leaning towards the 970's myself, but have yet to see any reviews on them. Piggybacks might be a lil overkill but sexy as all hell!
I cant compare the 970's with works or ricors but I can say they are the best handling shock Ive had on any bike. Quality shocks have piggy backs for a reason, and they perform as advertised.
