Default Ordered the Ohlins today!

The motorcycle show in Chicago had a deal I could not pass up. Thanks Super Bike Suspension. I am not sure of the model# but they aren't the piggy back ones I didn't like the look or the price of those. I think The model# was S36K if I remember correctly. I cannot wait to install and ride with them in the spring.

$750 Shipped to my house. After I install them I am bringing the bike out to SBS to have them tune them and show me how to adjust them to my riding.

You won't be sorry for the purchase. Huge difference from the OE units. Bought mine from Howard at Motorcycle Metal, a forum sponsor. I intend to do something to the front end too, again with same company.

I bought the Ohlins drop-in cartridges from Howard at MotorcycleMetal.com to go with the shocks on the rear. What a difference it made to upgrade the front suspension. I've written about it on the forum and won't belabor the point. Just want to say it was an incredible improvement in handling. And Howard's customer service is terrific, too. '06 Streetbob. Jay

I believe color depends on what model shock/spring you order/need. I was expecting Yellow, but arrived Black. Best thing to do is call/talk to Howard at MotorcycleMetal. You can always have powder coated or Chromed either by order or when you get them. Call Howard for info. Web link over on right side of this page under Sponsors.
