I did, but the previous owner had already put some big ugly buck horns on it, so I didn't need new cables, mine were already long enough, of course mine are only 9" rise. Do yourself a favor and get a new wiring harness with matching wires and pull it through the bars before you start the install, that is the hard part. Then you can just solder the controls on and tie it into the main harness at the bottom and you are done.
Definitely get matching wires. I'm in the process of changing my bars, sorry not going to 10" though, but the old ones were about a 7" T bar. Supposedly they were installed and wired by a local HD dealer. The wires were spliced with other extensions between and none of the colors match. Big pain in the rear.
Everything will fit with just a little rerouting and wire tugging. Brake line is the only part that sometimes gives people fits. It can be straightened enough to give the length needed, but it's not a bad idea to get a longer one made. My controls are 13.5in off the trees with only a 3in longer brake line. Everything else is stock

I went to 13 inch straight rise bars and they are great. The only thing I had to change was the clutch cable, and of course extend the wires. good luck.
