I've got some 1" Todd's cycle riser I'll make you a smoking deal on. I dig the look of the frisco tank but I couldn't live with the reduced fuel capacity. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

I would think you could just clean up the lines a bit along the bottom and maybe match the line on the cam covers. Not totally chop it, but just change it enough to be unique. That way you don't compromise the frame integrity. Either way, it will be interesting to see what you come up with...

so . the reason I am looking to have the flange fitted to a different tank is because the newer peanuts have rounded edges. I am not sure if it would look good on the bike. I think a traditional 90 degree bend bottom of the tank would look good.

whats your thoughts on the matter?

does anyone have a picture of a stock street bob frame. I am wondering exactly what it looks like. is it just a square backbone. or is there much more under there that our tank hides?
