Anyone have them? Eastern Performance have them for sale on eBay and say they are made by Vance & Hines. I went to V&H website and they don't have them listed anywhere. Good sounding? Loud? Any pic's? Trying to narrow down what I want to put on my Lowrider. Thanks Tim
Python is a different brand so they probably have a separate site for the Python stuff. I don't know the relationship between the companies. Maybe V&H owns Python, maybe Python is totally separate but just rebrands some V&H products? From what I've heard the Pythons you are looking at are the same as the Long Shots I think but they don't have the V&H logo etched or stamped in.
Powercobra98 (and others I can't recall) has them on his bike. There was at least one thread quite a few months back where the sound/performance/quality was discussed before so maybe do a search for posts about exhausts made by powercobra98 and that should help dig that thread up.
Kev, that's what I'm looking for, the longshots but V&H doesn't make them for an '06. I like the look of how they both pipes are even and extend out past the wheel.
With the Pythons, they are tappered. No go on the search??? Tim
I put the Phyton staggards on Lucille (06 bob) and I like them. They are moisey enough to make peoples heads turn and not too loud to get me in trouble with the man! The only thing I was thinking of doing was putting thunder babbles on to make them a tad lower. It's an interesting post about whether the baffles are removable??? I don't know. My phyton bog was marked as manufactured by V&H. All in ALl.....I wouldn't change them. If you look at some early discussions about pipes you will see other peoples thoughts about the same and similar pipes. MAKO
I have the Python staggers on my Super Glide and I love them. Phenomenal sound. If I were to do it again, I would get the same pipes. That is the highest praise I can give them.
here are the pythons..............they do have removable baffles....mine are gone, yes they set off car alarms down the street............................................ .....................LO........................... ................................................
i just bought the 2-1 python pipe. I was told the same thing (that they were made by v & h).
I haven't installed it yet since I'm still waiting on my powercommander (and the fact that i'm lazy and won't be riding until april or so, once the snow melts)
The baffle is removeable on the 2-1
