Turn signal module diagram and test
What i have is for a 97-98 softail, I would believe the dyna is very similar if not exactly the same. These are the best pics i can get for you. If your having trouble reading them let me know and i can try and walk you through it. The 2nd and 4th page is where you'll find the most info. Page 4 is the hard part to read but that will tell you if it's a bad module. Let me know if you need some help.
