I just checked the gas mileage on my bike. After I put Andrews 26 cams in it my mpg when up 5 mpg. Thats the function your looking for over performance.
A+ on the 211's.Those will wake her up considerably more than the 204's will.
The 211's will be dogs unless you bump up compression and do some head work. That cam wants at least 9.8:1 to be happy. You will lose a lot on the low end with a stock engine. The best bolt in stock would be a 204 or the Andrews 26. The Andrews 37 will give more mid and top end than the 26, but won't lose as much on the low end as the 211. It wants a little more compression as well, but not as much as the 211.
Well, I decided to jump the gun, and got a smoking, super good deal for my birthday, April 9, on a set of CVO 255 cams.
I am really looking for better pull at highway speeds. Riding this past weekend in 25 mph head winds was ruff (I know it's rough).
I think that I will put these cams in the bike, and then later when I do a rebuild and go to a 107" setup, I will swap to a higher output cam. At least that is the plan.
I know this might sound like I am talking myself out of putting in the 204 at this point, but with the price I got the CVO 255 cam, and with the cost of the other components. I will be $35 over the cost of the SE 204 alone.
Now if I can just find someone to rent me their bearing tool for a few dollars. :^) If I cannot find a somewhere to rent the cam bearing tool. I will probably have the Indy down the road do the swap for me.

The cam profile has a lot more differences than just lift. The duration is a bigger factor as well as the overlaps and closings. The 204 will actually pull harder mid to upper than the 255. Look at the duration differences and later intake closing.
