I second that assessment. Plus I don't like wearing full fingered gloves and the batwing protects my fingers somewhat from the bugs, gravel and cold in winter weather.

Can you tell me which Faring part number you purchased to fit your bike? I also have a Dyan Wide Glide and want to put the same faring on mine.

Update. Fairing is in the body shop getting painted. Should have it back by the weekend. I will post pics when i get it.

C1BLUEMINI From the looks off the website i would say for 06-12 Dyna Wide Glide its part number 2330-0075. See the link i posted/

UPDATE. Got the fairing back from the body guy. Looks 100 times better orange. Let me know what you think.




Me and my 9yr old.

Billyjo I am 6' and 250lbs. The fairing works great on the highway. Next is some type of stereo speakers. Would of been nice if memphis shades made an inner fairing.

It looks way better painted. I think the smoked 5" windscreen and the smoked lower air deflectors would really look good.

Also Hogtunes makes a sound system for the MS Batwing http://www.amazon.com/Hogtunes-Memph.../dp/B004EY1UYI

looks much better! I have the same bike and have a ness 1/4 fairing getting painted sedona this weekend!
