Le Pera
You guys are a bunch of ...... You're calling this guy a troll because he didn't post a part number? Change your tampons. They're dirty.
For the record, Froggy is my buddy.
For the 2+ months I was in NJ working on my house and missing my family/dyna in SC, Froggy didn't think twice about it and dropped off a sporty he had for me to ride. Would you do the same for someone?

I like to get my seats from a custom manufacturer. Everyone is a bit differant and the few $ more / few weeks wait is worth having a seat that's just right. My new JP Custom seat is comfortable from the get go and looks bitching. Custom seat builders want your seat to be right and will make the changes needed for a perfect fit.

from what i understand the sides are vinyl and the rest is leather im guessing mine was the more expensive version because it was really damn expensive
I didn't read all the bashing but am going to stick to addressing your original post.
As a long time LePera fan and owner of several seats let me point out a few facts that are actually helpful...
1. Without knowing the exact model of your seat (there a quit a few 2ups, so that doesn't narrow down anything) I'm gonna say you didn't exactly get a "touring" seat so it's not gonna be off the shelf comfy (most seats regardless of the manufacturer are not either), but it's hard to strike a balance between form and function. LePera definitely leans more towards good looks, so you may sacrifice a little comfort, BUT....that leads me to number two...
2. You haven't put enough miles on this seat to make a call yet. Any seat regardless of manufacturer has to be "broken in" your individual seat will wear in to your individual *** end. You can actually prove this theory by trying out two bikes with the same seats. If they've both been riden with two different "statured" people, there will be a little bit of a different feel, because it's been broken in to it's respective rider.
With all that being said, LePera's aren't for everyone (if they were all other manufacturers would be out of business) it may just not be your thing. But I have LOVED every LePera I've ever owned (including my Bare Bones), and the only reason I don't have a LePera on my scoot ride now is, I'm on a tight budget and am gonna have to wait till I can find a used one fairly cheap...but as soon as I do, I'll be rocking the LePera Daytona Sport on my current ride!!!

I had a Silhouette on my Sportster that I really liked but I never went on very long rides.
