Default Dark Grey Denim?

kinda new here and had a question, I want to paint my tins a Dark Grey Denim or Black Pearl Denim color. I saw a bike that was the pewter denim and liked it but wanted something darker. anyone see something close? my bike is now vivid black and as im blacking parts out i want the paint to offset all the black. dont want to be another blacked out dyna no offense i love black but dont want the whole bike black.

A dark grey denim would be an awesome color. I've had the same thoughts as you as far as offsetting all the black.

Almost like a battle ship grey! If you have a good painter he/she could take the Black Denim and the Light Grey Denim, mix a few different ratios of grey to black and spray them, then you could find the dark gray your after. This would also allow you to compare them to the colors on the bike already and see which would flow better.

Dark grey would look great. I used Hot Rod Flatz paint on my tank and they have many colors. They have solid flat and pearl and metallic flats. I used the copper pearl and love it. They have one called Dark Grey primer and Gunsmoke Metallic. Maybe you could find a color then use a flattening agent in the finish coat to get the denim look

Blacknsilver That copper color looks sweet! What kind of set up did you use to spray it with?

A friend of mine did it in his garage with a compressor and spray gun setup. I prepped and taped it off and he shot it.
