You need a flat piece of plate steel to make a jig, by tacking round stock such as sections of pipe for large radius and smaller round stock for tight radius... Plentyof videos on you tube of guys making bars...

That is one way to make them, but not the only way.

I am also debating on adding a sissy bar to my bike with a solo seat. This is good info and the pictures really help.

I have an 18" attitude stick but I like Ginz choppers the best, just can't afford one of theirs yet
