I have a 30/70 set up in mine and motor and have to say i LOVE IT (06 dyna came stock with 70t rear)... be sure you replace the bolts when you replace the rear pulley... my bike will still cruise on the highway no problem for hours on end.. I always recomend this to my customers... great mod

Just order the one from Harley and save the money over Andrews. The new tri-glides all have the 30tooth pulley from the factory. Surdyke sells the thing for under $70 bucks.

this guy is correct. By the way its all about the math. if you know your exact tire circumference you can calculate out the rpm and the exact final drive ratio. and determine exactly how fast you are traveling. also you can do it for any transmission gear. discount tire.com will tell you the tire size and revolutions per mile. The other info is at wikipedia.com. Old school racing info.
