Down sizing rear pulley
Our dyna models get the 68 tooth sprocket, ( International/ australian models), and ...acording to my manual the USA gets a 70 tooth. I don't have a tacko, but if your into high speed cruizing the 68 is great at about 70mph. When the speed drops to 55 - 60 mph the bike is lugging a bit in 6th gear. In fact all the ratios seem a little high, ( around town you can't quite use 4th unless you break the limit a little). So I intend to get the US type 70 tooth. I posted asking the US part number for the belt to see if it was still the same as for the 68 tooth, but alas, no-one replied
... I'm sure i saw a way (do a search), to calculate the RPM's a any given speed, sorry I can't help with that one. Just so you know, the axle was in the middle of the swing arm slot and I GUESSED that a 70 would still work with just enough adjustment to play with, but if you are going more than 2 teeth you may need a new (overpriced) belt, that was why I was trying to compare part numbers. If you have the part number for the stock USA belt, and send it to me; I'll get the number for the belt here in australia then you will know what you are after if you go to a 68 tooth sprocket. They fit it to meet noise regs here in Australia.hope I've helped and not confused the issue.
