That 30~70 Thing

I have the Andrews 30 tooth pulley on my bike and thought that was a great improvement over stock.

I was mistaken......................Tonight I removed the stock 66 tooth pulley and installed a 70 tooth rear pulley.

Tomorrow after I take care of a few things, I am going to check and calibrate the speedometer and then see how the bike responds on the Dyno.

This modification is a definite improvement in performance.

This thing now acts like a stump puller.

I got a scream'n deal from "Mud the Moderator"......
It was one from an 06 Dyna.
One of the best mods for the money ratio.

hey bro... how she feel at highway speeds? Have been curious about this maybe after I get my new intake and tuner in. Doesnt seem wrapped too tight?

Well I found out it threw my speedometer off by 8 MPH, no biggy I can live with that for the time being. I am loving the responsiveness the extra 4 cogs have given the bike. It handles real nice when riding normally, and pulls like the bike was slung out of a sling shot when you twist the throttle briskly.

Tomorrow I'll ride it some more out on the back roads and twisties to test out the spontaneity of the set-up, to establish a better reference to overall performance of the modification.
