I have a 07 fxd and was riding noticed leaning to the right a little bit and if I let go of bars wants to dip right. Got home noticed the right rear shock was on lowest setting and I haven't touched them in a year I keep them on 4 usually could this be what was causing the problem. I have not taken it out since readjusting it and why would the shock setting have changed.

 

having the preload adjusted different on each side would cause handling issues, especially when the swing arm is mounted to the trans on a rubber mounted engine

 

Thanks I just don't understand how it got re adjusted but hopefully the shock was the Only problem

I rode it to work this morning feels a little better I think it might also be because I tweaked my bars a little the other day. Trying to avoid stealer do I don't have to hear its normal or can not duplicate problem
