Hey I'm Rod, i'm new to the forum and just upgraded from a nightster to a street bob. I'm trying to figure out which ape hangers I want to buy. I had the roland sands vintage 12" on my sportster but I think they look too small on a street bob. I really like the look of Todd's Cycle chubby stripper bars but they don't come in 14" like I want. I'm only 5'7" and in ND bars can only be shoulder height. I am thinking about maybe the wild 1 outlawz in 14" but I really like the look of the Stripper bars. They have the z-bar look but they separate a little more at the top than the base.
Here's my old bike, finally had the cash to upgrade to a big boy.
Does anyone know of some bars that are similar to Todd's Chubby Stripper bars but in 14"
Here's where i'm at now and I need some big black apes!
Vance and Hines 2 into 2 big radius, screaming eagle heavy breather and forward controls

I went with santee 14s and 3.5 risers. They are 1.25" but taper near the controls and risers for stock controls and stock risers.
I am 5 foot 6" they are comfy comfy comfy. I have back issues and they allow me to stretch a bit instead of being crouched with straight bars or drags. I am a bit stretched out but for me it works great. I bout them knowing that I could always run them at 14" without the risers, but the risers make them super comfy for me.

I like the height on those but i'm looking for some angles. I like the look of the Carlini Pist Apes but i'm afraid that they are too wide for the street bob front end cuz they are over 11" at the base and a huge price tag$$$$
If you liked the RSD bars, check out Road 6 Customs. I got their 14" bars on my LR and LOVE them. Got a 1" riser setup too. Great comfort, PRICE, customer service and turnaround. They offer bars only and complete kits which come with Burly brand cables and wiring extensions. I did mine internally. Bars come dimpled, predrilled, knurled.
Depending on finish you may have to wait for a flat PC. Mine came gloss black because I was too impatient.

If you like angles, check out road 6 customs. If I remember correctly they are reasonably priced.
