Default OEM decals - source?

I have the 06 FXDI35, but this question could apply to any model. I would like to buy the front fender OEM decal (on my bike, this is red/blue on a white fender) to use on a plain white helmet.
The parts book does not have them (I spent 20 minutes at the dealer). It seems you can get tank decals, but (at least for mine) the fender sticker comes only attached to the fender as a whole order.

Is there a 3rd party sopurce for Harley OEM decals?

Lots of guys on Ebay making stickers...you could have one custom made.

Expect to pay big bucks for a factory HD one...IF you can find it.

The blue/red stripe on the FXDI35 feneder is a decal - I'd like to buy it for use on a helmet.

Not available from harley, the stickers are not sold

Take a picture and call these guys:
http://www.tapeworks.com/

They can make anything, trust me.

(They may even have it already but don't advertise it as a product, sometimes they've done custom work and have scans in their system that they can crank out, but don't want to arouse the MoCo)
