Need so help selecting a solo seat to replace stock seat on my 11 street bob. Need some back support for long rides.

 

The most comfortable seat I've found is the Mustang Vintage Solo (not in my sig pic). Pretty sure you can get it with a backrest. And Mustang will give you a 10 day trial period if you buy direct from them.

 

My C&C solo w/ removable backrest is really comfortable but at 15" from nose to ridge it sits you a little forward compared to the stock seat so I would say its almost a reduced reach seat. I'm 5'11" and I ride a Fat Bob with forwards so it balances out but if you had mids or are a really tall guy I wouldn't advise a C&C. However if your a short guy I would say its a great option.

I just got the matching pillion pad from them this week which is removable so I have a two up option if I want it.

 

I like my mustang seat. Its 2pc so it allows me to run solo or 2 up. It also has a removable backrest. Very good on the highway to have the backrest.
