Default Luggage help for a newbie

This summer my wife and I are taking a 3 day road trip from New York to Maine on our Street Bob. I just got the medium low sissy bar with a rack, but Im not sure what style bag to use. Any trips in the past have been on a rocket, so this will be a new experience. I know we want something cheap, simple and durable. Any suggestions will be helpful

Thanks

The next bag I get is going to be this one. it opens from the sides, has excellent adjust-ability, stays rigid. very easy to sort through your belongings. rain cover included. removable top roll

Lots of choices out there. Just depends on how much time you want to look and how much $$$ you want to spend.

I've used the Saddleman Deluxe Tail Bag and been very happy with it. http://www.saddlemen.com/store/index...oducts_id=7098

That is the bag I have. Freaking amazing amount of space & so many pockets & a bunch of pouches to put stuff. Even has removable back straps so you can take it into hotel easily.

Goes on easily & doesn't move around.

The Saddlemen S3500 Drifter Deluxe Sissy Bar Bag seems real good. The price isnt that bad either.

For a 3-day trip for two you'll want a pair of leather throw-over saddlebags and sissy-bar bag (like T-Bag).
