case filter noise
you have something vibrating (rattling) in a filter?
I've never heard of any filter vibrating and causing a loud (deafening) noise. Sometimes a rattle can be very deceiving on its whereabouts

I'm guessing it's the plastic valve of the Active Intake System (AIS), which is only on the European models to comply with EU noise emission regulations.
The valve is like a little trapdoor that only opens up at certain rpm's.
You can just cut it out of the filter case and buy an eliminator plug to trick the ecm so you get no fault-codes.
Since you can hear the thing rattling I guess you still have the stock pipes? In that case you might as well get rid of that @#% AIS airbox and the even more ^@#& pipes with the Active Exhaust Control Valve and get yourself some loud pipes with a high flow filter and a proper tune, it will make you happy!
But that's just my opinion...

You can order it at your local Motorcycle Storehouse or Custom Chrome dealer (I believe you have them in Italy), they have several options. They cost around 18 euros.
