loner88. The panhandle of Idaho. Man that is beautiful up there. Rode this evening, but on the KLR. Every asphalt road and many concrete roads have tar snakes down here and they are slick as black ice, in turns. tp BTW, it was 96 degrees when I went out. Only 88 now...
Yep, so weak no has managed it. How hard would it have been to get a pic of your Dyna with a Tar Snake? And do you really need some kind of internet challenge to get out and ride your scoot? Party on, folks. ( and just because I'm feeling extra pricky right now, I took this pic 1 hour ago- took a side trip around Hayden Lake on my way to store to get some garlic, I love to ride, and the twister the better, no challenge needed)
I didn't say I needed a challenge to ride. Obviously you know that though, but thanks for the return criticism...
Guess I won't be riding this weekend. Suppose to be 103-105 here. That's crazy weather for riding...
Yeah, that is crazy hot. Only way to roll in that kind of heat is along a river road with lot's of swimming holes. Rode hwy 12 along the Clearwater river in the Summer of '07, about that hot, stopped and went swimming a bunch of times.
New challenge time.... Someone... Something awesome!
Your Dyna and a waterfall--a REAL waterfall, not a man-made waterfall. Not a dam overflow. Eastern Idaho boys/girls? Wyoming? Niagra? ... options in many places. and then you can jump into the water when you're done.
